Women and sport – Bend it like Beckham
A discussion-based lesson which focuses on a short clip from the film Bend it like Beckham. Guaranteed to get the students talking and probably laughing too! It introduces slang vocabulary which may not be appropriate for some learners. There is an interactive version of task 4 (Matching). NB You will need to have access to the video clip on DVD.
